He placed me on hold for 5 min but assured me he knew a fix. ![]() ![]() I told him I would rather fix instead of replace, especially with Thanksgiving being the next day and asked if he could point me into the right direction. ![]() I called Ninja yesterday while at work and explained to the tech what issues I was having and what I had done. Tried the brush now dry between the hinges and still nothing. I scubbed the top part of the lid where the air fryer fan and element were with soap and water and a small nylon brush that ninja sells. I spent an hour dry wiping the small part between both hinges with a dry paper towel and removed very little debri. At first it would happen 1/10 times until it finally almost never worked properly. Ok, got mine fixed after months of trying to figure it out. ![]()
